Where is my order?
Due to our items being hand-battered, our fulfillment process may take up to 7-10 business days (not including the weekend or holidays). Fulfillment may exceed during sale events or unfortunate circumstances. Once your item is fulfilled, we will ship with the provided shipping carriers and email your tracking number. We have the option for you to receive your tracking number via email and text.
Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received your confirmation email once your order has been submitted. The order number is evidence that your items have been successfully processed.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies depending upon the weight of each fluid ounce. Our choice of carrier is USPS for domestic shipping
How long will it take to receive my items?
Domestic Priority Shipping 2-3 business days (not including the weekends and holidays) after your tracking number has been submitted
Shipping may be delayed for various reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to COVID, we will not be accepting returns once the items are delivered.
Refunds
We issue refunds based on the circumstance that your item is damaged or lost. We have an established grace period of 5 business days after tracking number is updated to contact customer service regarding lost or damaged items.
Missing items must be reported with proof of pictures and invoice within 24 hours upon delivery.
